When shopping in Ollie|s|Out Webshop you accept our terms and conditions. Read them carefully before placing an order. Ollie|s|Out reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Privacy Policy

All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units. When registering to the site, you have the option not to receive any information from Ollie|s|Out. If you wish to end your subscription to information from Ollie|s|Out, you may make the changes in your account settings or send an email to info@olliesout.com. State your name and email address and a short description of the matter in the email message.

At all times you have the right to know what information is kept about you in our system. This information can be send on request by sending an email to info@olliesout.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.
All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Ollie|s|Out make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time


No binding purchase agreement between you and Ollie|s|Out has been made until you receive an order confirmation from Ollie|s|Out.

We encrypts all credit card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. Neither our company nor any others will be able to read or retract your data. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. We accept card payments by Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro, Eurocard, MasterCard and American Express. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched) and not before.

All prices include Danish 25% VAT. Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.


Ollie|s|Out provides you with 2 years warranty. Our Warranty covers defects on materials and/or manufacturing. The warranty do not cover defects in case of wrong use of Ollie|s|Out products

Returning of products

If you for some reason are not happy with your product please let us know immediately and we will find a happy solution. You have the right to regret and return your goods within 14 days of receiving them. All returns are on your own expense.

A new consumer law provides the consumer the opportunity to cancel the purchase after using the product. However, with the proviso that you, as the consumer is liable for any deterioration of the product value, resulting from the handling of the product beyond what is necessary to try it. Brands / tags plus any original packaging are considered part of the product and therefore the product value. Any impairment is assessed solely by Ollie|s|Out.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to clearly notify us accordingly within 14 days after you received your package.  Return your package and attach a copy of your invoice along with the returned goods, and send us your order returnable within 14 days after you clearly have informed us that you wish to return it. It is not enough just to deliver the goods back or refuse it.

When we receive the product, and have accepted the return, we will repatriate the purchase amount or the product value to your account. The product value after the return to Ollie|s|Out is based upon if the product have been used or is damaged in a way that Ollie|s|Out cannot resell this as a new product. In that case the product value will be valued to 0,01% of the purchased amount.  The amount is according to consumer usually refunded within less than 14 days since clearly indicated that you wish to return the item. However, we try to repay the money immediately upon receipt of the returned item / goods.

Note we will refund only to the credit card that the goods were purchased. We do this simply to avoid the use of stolen credit cards.

Remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product is shipped. Return of goods is at own expense.

Delivery and Shipping

We will expedite your order as soon as possible. All orders are packed at our warehouse within 2-3 business days. When your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with a tracking number for the package.

We strive on a reliable delivery and products ordered in ollie|s|out webshop are normally delivered within 2-3 working days in DK. You are more than welcome to order via email instead of using the web shop

Ollie|s|Out can not be held responsible for delays by our shipping carriers

All packages are sent as insured business packages.

Shipping outside DK

All shipments abroad are delivered by DHL and sent as an insured package and business mail, which means that the package can not be sent as a gift to non-EU countries in an attempt to avoid local taxes and duties.

Regular service in Scandinavia is app. 1-3 business days.

Regular service inside the EU is app. 2-4 business days
